The house stands thirty metres above the sea in a quiet street above the coast road. Down the steep street and steps you are on the promenade in six minutes, then left towards Piran or right towards Portorož.

Pool and garden
The pool sits on the lower terrace of the garden, with the bay behind the white railing. There are sun loungers by the water, a table with wicker sofas in the shade, and every apartment has its own terrace for breakfast and dinner outside.
