- Arrival from 2 pm to midnight. Let the house know your arrival time in advance.
- Departure by 10 am. Please leave the apartment between 7 and 10 am.
- Quiet hours from midnight to 7 am.
- No smoking in the apartments.

Guests' questions
When can we arrive and when do we have to leave?
Arrival is from 2 pm to midnight; let the house know your time in advance. Departure is between 7 and 10 am.
Where do we park?
Free of charge in the house's yard behind the gate, no reservation needed. The driveway through the side gate is steep and there is just enough room, so park carefully.
How long do we have to stay?
It depends on the dates. Put your dates in the enquiry and you'll get an answer.
When is the pool open?
The pool is seasonal. Guests write that in good weather you can swim from the beginning of May; ask about your dates in the enquiry.
Is the pool only for the house's guests?
Yes, the pool is shared by the guests of the apartments in the house. There are sun loungers, parasols and tables in the shade beside it. Guests write about clean, slightly salty water.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, Apartments 3, 4 and 5 have air conditioning. For Apartment 2, ask in your enquiry.
What is in the kitchen?
A hob, a fridge, kitchenware, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Apartment 3 also has a dishwasher.
Are bed linen and Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are in the apartment, and Wi-Fi is free everywhere; guests on Booking.com rate it 10 out of 10.
Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are welcome by arrangement. Tick the dog box in your enquiry and you'll get the details.
Is the house suitable for children?
A cot is free of charge, there is a high chair, and there is a lawn in the garden. The pool has no lifeguard, so children should always be with an adult by the water.
Is the house suitable for guests with limited mobility?
Not really. The house is on a slope, a steep street with steps leads down to the sea, and the garden is terraced too.
How far is the sea?
The seaside promenade is 6 minutes on foot, the nearest beach 12 minutes and Piran about 25 minutes. On the way back it is uphill.
Do we need a car?
Not really. The beaches, Piran, Portorož, a grocery shop and the local bus are all within walking distance; the car can stay in the yard all week.
